Rates
Room rates range from $99.00 to $175.00 per night, based on double occupancy, plus sales tax. Single corporate, government and extended stay discounts are available Sunday thru Thursday. Rates and charges subjects to change without notice. Most weekends require a two-night minimum stay. Please inquire. Holiday and special events may require longer stays. Requests for one-night stays during special events may be declined.
Requests
of the Inn
In
consideration of others, smoking is permitted outside, in
the garden courtyard only. We regret that the inn is not
suitable for children under 12. We have one resident cat
that is not allowed in the common areas or guestrooms, therefore,
we have no provisions for pet guests.
Accommodations
Beautifully
appointed air- conditioned guestrooms with queen size beds
and private modern baths. All rooms include cable TV, Wireless
internet service, private telephones (free local calls),
clock radios, refrigerators, iron, hair dryer, and desks.
Full breakfast. Complimentary sodas, ice tea, lemonade and
cookies. Guests are welcome to bring their own adult beverage.
Reservations
Advance
reservations recommended. All major credit cards accepted,
cash or check. The 1st night deposit is required to guarantee
your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded, less a
$25.00 service fee, if reservation cancelled fourteen (14) days
prior to your arrival. A longer cancellation period may be required for group bookings, extended stays or special events. There is no refund for early departures unless we can re-book the room. Reservations may be made on-line or by calling our toll free reservation line, 1-800-700-9980 9 AM to 7 pm Central Time.

The
Neighborhood & Parking
Lafayette
Square is considered one of the premier neighborhoods in
the nation. Within walking distance are a number of fine
restaurants, open for lunch and dinner and Lafayette Park,
a 30 acre "Victorian Walking Park", perfect for
a morning jog or evening stroll. The Annual House &
Garden Tour takes place the first weekend of June and the
Holiday Parlour Tour in December. Parking is on-street in
front of the inn, unrestricted and non-metered. You may
