Room Rates
• On-line reservations may be made twenty-four hours a day. Inquires or reservations made by phone – please call 314-772-6979 (local) or our toll free line, 1-800-700-9980 (out of area) 8 AM – 7 PM Central Standard Time.
• All rates are per room, double occupancy. There is a $25.00 charge for an additional 3rd person. Not all rooms can accommodate a third person. Fire codes restrict room occupancy. Ask the innkeeper for details.
• State and local tax is 8.241%. We are not required to collect the additional 7.5% St. Louis city lodging tax.
• Prices and terms are subject to change without notice (but not once you have made your reservation.)
• Rates and minimum stays may increase during special events and holidays.
• The rate of your room includes a full breakfast.
Policies
• In consideration of others, smoking is only allowed outside. St. Louis fire code prevents the use of candles in the guest rooms.
• We regret that the inn is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own adult beverage.
• We have no provisions for guest’s pets.
Minimum Stays and Deposits
• A two-night minimum stay is required on most weekends. Special events and some holiday weekends may require a longer minimum stay. Sometimes, a room may be available for a single Friday or Saturday evening – call the inn for more information.
• Requests for one-night stays during special events may be declined.
• A one-night deposit is required at the time of your booking. For stays longer than three days, a 50% deposit may be required.
• All major credit cards are accepted. You may book on-line through our secure reservation system, or call during normal business hours, 8 AM –7 PM CST.
Cancellations
• Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, we do require at least 14 days notice. Group bookings and long-term stays may require a longer cancellation period. Cancellations and changes must be made by e-mail or speaking directly with the innkeeper.
• Cancellations made within the 14 day cancellation may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, unless we can re-book the room.
• Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel prior to the 14 day cancellation period, minus a $20.00 processing fee. The $20.00 fee will be applied to your next stay if you re-book within six months. Special events/holidays may require a longer cancellation policy.
• All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 processing fee. The fee will be applied to your next stay if booked within six months.
• We are a small inn and cancellations affect us dramatically. If you have any concerns about possibly having to cancel, we do recommend inexpensive trip cancellation insurance.
• There is no refund for early departures unless we can re-book the room.
Check-In
Unless arranged at the time of booking, check-in is between 4 & 6 pm on weekdays and 3-5 pm Saturday/Sunday & holidays. Unless you are arriving by plane and will not have a car, we regret that we cannot accommodate early check-ins.
Check-Out
Check-out: 11 AM.
Parking
Parking is in front of the inn, on street. There are no restrictions and non-metered. Our section of the historic district is residential and plentiful parking can usually be found easily.
